John Samuel Abrams was born in New York in 1948 where he gradutated with a B.A. in Art History and a Masters in Library Science. He moved to Dallas in 1978 and has taught art at the University of Texas at Dallas and other local colleges. He has exhibited nationally and his comissioned pieces are found in the collections of Merril Lynch, IBM, Children’s Hospital of Dallas, Apple Computer and Walt Disney World Orlando.
