Bolivar
was born in 1932 in Salto, Uruguay, and participated in the Uruguayan
constructivist school inspired by Torres Garcia. Since 1963 he has lived
near Paris and participated in the MADI movement.
His works are to be found in museums in Uruguay, Venezuela, Mexico, the MOMA in New York and the Bibliotheca Nacional and the National Fund for Contemporary Art in Paris. He lives and works in Savigny-sur-Orge near Paris.
