Fulchignoni was born in 1935 in Napes, and studied at the Academy of Fine Art of Naples. He has been present on the artistic scene since 1955.
He has participated in MADI shows in Porticia, in Morsan, France, and in other shows in Cassano, in Ettlingen, Germany, in Cremona, in Mantua, and at Arte Structura in Milan.
He has shown at the Salon Grands et Jeunes daujourdhui in paris and in Luxembourg, and at the Museum of Contemporary Latin-American art in La Plata, Argentina.
