Hernandez was born in Caracas in 1944, he studied fine art at Escuela
de Artes Plásticas and later received a teaching degree in 1980.
He began exhibiting in 1965 and has shown in over 80 individual and group shows in Spain, Germany, Italy, France, and Bulgaria.
