Herrera
was born in 1952 in Campo Carabobo, Venezuela. He was educated in the
Escuela de Bellas Artes of Maracay, Venezuela, and received a B.A. in
Arts and Letters from the University Paris VIII at Vincennes.
He has exhibited in Venezuela, Switzerland, France, Italy, England, Cuba, Japan, and the USA. He resides in Evry, France.
