Neyrat
was born in 1932 in Nerais-les-Bains, France, and was educated at L'Ecole
des Beauz Arts, Paris. He has been a member of the MADI movement since
1953 and has had exhibitions in France, Spain, Italy, and Hungary.
He also transcribed cave paintings in Tassill, Sahara in 1957. He reside in La Celle Saint Cloud, France.
